AVIT-RSK consists of four construction elements:
Pos.1   male body DIN 2353
Pos.2   nut DIN 3870 A2
Pos.3   friction welding cone AVIT = DIN 3865
Pos.4   o-ring DIN 3852 / ISO 6149

RSK System = 100% Compatible.

By the application of mobile welding machines and in addition
patented 24° AVIT-friction welding cone has become possible
for advantageous adding the cone at the steel tube end for
proved 24° coupling connection.

 Assembly expiration:
 1. The RSK is inserted in the cone of the instep admission and by pull of the nut stretched.
 2. The tube is clamped in the vice.
 3. After the choice of the Programs the automatic assembly occurrence begins. The spindle begins  to turn and presses by the established tube end. The metallic connection is produced by a pressure push.
